B-BBEE Verification and Consulting

Moore Stephens Verification and Consulting was formed in light of the “Amendments of the Codes of Good Practice", gazetted 23 September 2011. The amendment indicated that B-BBEE certificates issued by the following service providers are valid, with effect 1 October 2011:

  • South African National Accreditation System (SANAS) accredited Verification Agencies; and
  • Independent Regulatory Board of Auditors (IRBA) approved registered auditors.
